Q. My order shows completed in my account but i have not received it.
A. Your order is most likely in transit still. You can track the progress in the link below by entering your email on the order and order number that can be found on your order confirmation:

Q. My order still shows processing
A. Your order has not yet shipped. You will receive a total of 2 emails from us when it’s ready.
1st Email: Letting you know that we are getting your order ready and packing it up.
2nd Email: Once the carrier has actually picked up and processed your shipment. This email will contain your actual shipping information with a tracking link.
If there is another issue with your order IE: a product is out of stock or to verify information we will reach out to you.
Q. My order has been in transit for a long time.
A. While we can not control carrier delays or any other issues while the shipment is in transit. We ask that you be patient and it will arrive to you as soon as possible. If it does not or gets stuck for longer then a week please file a lost/stolen claim at https://claims.route.com/ using your order number and email address from your order confirmation and they will make sure your order is replaced in a timely manner.
Q. Tracking shows my shipment was delivered but i have not received it.
A. Please verify on your order confirmation that your shipping address is correct. If it is correct and you did not receive it we ask that your please wait an additional 1-3 business days to see if it shows up. If it does not please file a lost/stolen claim at https://claims.route.com/ using your order number and email address from your order confirmation. They will make sure your order is replaced in a timely manner.
