Cannabox is normally shipped (leaves our facility) between the 20th-30th of each month, so you should expect to receive it (delivered) between the 25th-5th of each month. You should expect to receive your box every 30 days or so. Due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation there may be unforeseen delays with the various shipping carriers that is out of our control that may delay some shipments (especially international shipments)

Tracking will be available in your user account on cannabox.com/my-account after your box has left our facility. You will also be sent an e-mail with tracking information once your box has shipped.
Tracking is typically sent close to the expected delivery date. If the expected delivery date for the box has passed and you have not yet received your box or tracking, please log into your user account and check the status of your shipment via the tracking information within your user account.
If tracking is not available on your user account and the expected delivery date for the box has passed please reach out to our support team by submitting a support ticket so they can assist in tracking down your shipment.
