Resetting Your Password

If you’ve forgotten your password or need to reset it for security reasons, follow these simple steps to regain access to your Cannabox account.

Steps to Reset Your Password

  1. Go to the Login Page

    • Visit the Cannabox website and click on “Login” at the top right corner of the homepage.

  2. Click on “Forgot Password?”

    • Under the login fields, click the “Forgot Password?” link. This will take you to the password reset page.

  3. Enter Your Email Address

    • Enter the email address associated with your Cannabox account, then click “Submit.”

  4. Check Your Email for the Reset Link

    • You’ll receive an email with a link to reset your password. This link is active for 24 hours, so please use it as soon as possible. If you don’t see the email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.

  5. Create a New Password

    • Click the link in your email to be directed to the password reset page. Enter a new, strong password, and then confirm it.

  6. Log Back In

    • Once your password is reset, return to the Cannabox login page, enter your new password, and log in as usual.
