WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may manage our inventory and be responsible for shipping your products.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on shop orders over $75.00.
Shipping Fees
We also offer shipping at the following rates:

If you select a shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.
Note: All times and dates for product delivery are estimates and provided in good faith.
For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, with deliveries to be made within 30 days after we accept your order. For more information, please refer to our Terms.
HOW LONG UNTIL MY ORDER SHIPS?
We normally ship orders within 1-2 business days, often on the same day if received by 1 pm PST. You will receive an email when your order is packed and another when it’s handed over to the carrier.
Discreet Packaging
For your privacy, all packages are shipped in unmarked brown or standard USPS boxes with no mention of Cannabox on the package.
HOW IS MY SUBSCRIPTION FULFILLED?
Our subscription orders are designed to be as convenient as possible:

New Subscriptions: If you are a first-time subscriber, your first package will be fulfilled and shipped one day after you subscribe. For example, if you join on November 18, your package will ship on November 19 and be delivered within 5 business days.

Subscription Renewals: For existing subscribers, your monthly package will be fulfilled and shipped one day after your subscription renews, ensuring consistent, on-time delivery every month.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
- Orders ship only on business days (Monday - Friday).
- APO/FPO address shipments require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.
- Certain items may not be available for all shipping methods.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible and advise you of a revised delivery date.
