WHEN WILL MY SUBSCRIPTION BOX ARRIVE?
Similar to a magazine subscription, we ship to all members at the same time every month. Due to the large amount of boxes we ship it takes around 10 days to pack and ship them all. Please expect your first box to ship between the 20th-30th of the month. For example if your purchased your box on the 23rd of the month, your first box will ship between the 20th-30th of the next month and then every 30 days after. We try to ship earlier if at possible to account for holidays, and such but can not guarantee any delivery specific delivery date.

Once your order is ready for shipment you will receive an email. You will then receive another email once it has left our warehouse and is on the way to you with a link for tracking information. If you dont receive your box by the 10th of the month after your supposed ship date please contact us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may manage our inventory and be responsible for shipping your products.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on shop orders over $85.00.
Shipping Fees
We also offer shipping at the following flat rates for shop orders (US shipping):

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, with deliveries to be made within 30 days after we accept your order. For more information, please refer to our Terms.
HOW LONG UNTIL MY SHOP/RETAIL ORDER SHIPS?
We normally ship shop and retail orders within 1-2 business days, often on the same day if received by 1 pm PST. You will receive an email when your order is packed and another when it’s handed over to the carrier.
Discreet Packaging
For your privacy, all packages are shipped in unmarked brown or standard USPS boxes with no mention of Cannabox on the package.
HOW IS MY SUBSCRIPTION FULFILLED?
Our subscription orders are designed to be as convenient as possible:
- New Subscriptions: If you are a first-time subscriber, your first package will be fulfilled and shipped between the 20th-30th of the month you have ordered. For example, if you join on November 18, your package will ship between November 20th-30th and will be delivered within 5 business days.
- Subscription Renewals: For existing subscribers, your monthly package will be fulfilled and shipped between the 20th-30th of the month, ensuring consistent, on-time delivery every month.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
- Orders ship only on business days (Monday - Friday).
- APO/FPO address shipments require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.
- Certain items may not be available for all shipping methods.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible and advise you of a revised delivery date.
